Thank you for visiting my website, this site is still under construction so apologies for any errors.

I'm Colin Roberts, owner of the amateur radio callsign G4ZFJ which have held since 1984. I was originally a TV DX'er, receiving foreign television stations on VHF/UHF, which lead to my passion for DXing on the VHF/UHF Bands.

I am one of the few G stations regularly active on moonbounce or EME (Earth Moon Earth) and hold several G to other DXCC's 144MHz 'firsts'. If your 144 MHz station has an ERP of 4000 watts (e.g. 200W / 13dB Yagi) or more you can work me! If you have less then there are plenty of bigger EME stations who would love to work you! I work as programmer using Visual Basic and SQL server and live with Sue my XYL. Other hobbies include playing the guitar and singing!

  • 432 MHz = Yaesu FT-847 180W / 28 Element M2 Yagi
